During the Board of Directors meeting held during the NBFAA 2009 Summer Conference in Baltimore, MD last week, the board voted to approve the revised version of the NBFAA Code of Ethics dated April 16, 2009. Continued NBFAA membership requires that members abide by the Code of Ethics. You may read the recently-approved Code of Ethics here.
