NBFAA Announces Finalists for 2006 Leadership Awards
Winners to be Honored at the 2006 Leadership Awards
Luncheon during Annual Conference

Irving, Texas, Sept. 27, 2006 – The National Burglar & Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA) today announced the finalists for the association’s annual Leadership Awards. The winners will be revealed during the 2006 Leadership Awards Luncheon in conjunction with the NBFAA Fall Conference and Chartered States Symposium (CSA).

The finalists for the awards include:

Chapter of the Year Finalists:

• Mississippi Alarm Association
• Washington Burglar & Fire Alarm Association

President of the Year Finalists:

Executive Director of the Year:

NTS Training Coordinator of the Year:

“When you take into account the commitment and strength of the volunteers leaders across all of our chapters, it’s a challenge to single out just one. Each of this year’s chapter finalists have displayed exemplary cohesion among the leaders and the members to accomplish extraordinary successes on behalf of the industry in their respective states,” said NBFAA President George Gunning, USA Alarms, Monrovia, Calif.

“The individual finalists have displayed dedication and resolve to lead their chapters and the industry in their own way to achieve results.”

NBFAA will present the winners with their awards on Oct. 23 at the Annual Leadership Awards Luncheon which will be held at Ruth’s Chris in Weehawken, N.J. The Awards Luncheon which is sponsored by Altronix is just one activity planned for the 2006 NBFAA Fall Conference and CSA Symposium which begins Sunday, Oct. 22 with the CSA Symposium.
