NTS, ADI Offer IP Training to Help Members Gain Additional Market Share
NTS and ADI have partnered together to offer NBFAA Members the technical training needed to deploy these products in your market helping you to gain new customers while improving the services provided to your current customers.
Networking 101 for Technicians, Sales and Project Managers is a one-day interactive classroom course that provides in-depth training in the basics of networking, IP addressing, firewall issues, cabling options, and connection of networked security devices onto local access networks (LANs) and the Internet. The instructor-led training will provide students with experience using live network devices, connections, cables, and other accessories. Real world applications and installations will be emphasized along with proper and safe installation procedures, and troubleshooting.
Because ADI is offering its facilities at no charge, NTS is able to pass those savings onto class participants with courses being offered for only $195. The 2007 schedule is now available online at www.alarm.org.
NTS is adding 2007 course schedules for other classroom courses including Understanding Alarm Systems, Certified Alarm Technician (Level 1), Practical Electronics (Level 2), Advanced Burglar Alarm Technician, Fire Alarm Installation Methods, Life Safety Code Course & Workshop, Electronic Access Control, Central Station Training, and more.
