Are you taking advantage of all of your NBFAA membership benefits?

You can gain access to valuable information about your membership benefits, industry issues and association news all in one convenient location at www.alarm.org. And if you haven’t been to the NBFAA Web site lately, you’re missing out on the newly updated materials and improved user-friendly pages.

First take a look at the newly organized Information Center with easier to find links connecting you to member, consumer, media or government news. Tabs at the top of the page give users’ quick access to Member Information, Consumer & Public Safety, Media & General Info and Government Relations.

The new Government Relations page highlights the latest industry legislation and information. Use these tools to learn about the issues impacting your business and how you can make a difference.

You will notice links to the newly updated Members Only section. Several Government Relations documents – such as legislative reports and the state licensing guide – are only available to NBFAA members. Check out the improved Members Only section; it’s been reorganized for more convenient access to information you can use to grow and prosper your business. If you haven’t renewed your membership for 2006, your old password won’t get you into this valuable section of the Web site. So contact membership@alarm.org and get your renewal in today.

Curious about the NBFAA Spring Conference? Access the conference pages and download photos from the golf tournament, award ceremonies and events in the Member Information page in the Information Center.

Finally, check out the Consumer & Public Safety and Media & General Info sections of the Information Center. If you need copies of model ordinances go to the Consumer & Public Safety page. Curious about the latest NBFAA news? Need industry statistics to back up the value of alarms with your customers? The Media & General Info section can help you keep in touch with the latest news and industry research.
